With BOX NOW Lockers, you can pick up any day & time you want, easily and independently. All packages are delivered within 24 hours nationwide.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Select BOX NOW as the delivery method in your shopping cart.

Step 2: On the map that appears, select the BOX NOW Locker that serves you.

Step 3: After the order is complete, you will receive a message with the PIN – code that you can use to open your BOX NOW locker.

Step 4: Once you are in front of your BOX NOW locker, enter the code and your package is waiting for you to pick it up!

Information about BOX NOW

1. If you place an order by 13:00pm from Monday to Friday, then your package will have had time to be placed in the Locker Box Now you selected, on the same day for within Pella until 00:30 and the next day for outside Pella.

2. If you place an order after 13:00pm from Monday to Friday, then your package will have been placed in the Locker Box Now you selected, on the next day for within Pella and the day after that for outside Pella.

3. If you place an order by 13:00pm on Friday or on the weekend, then your package will have been placed in the Locker Box Now you selected, on Monday until 00:30 for within Pella and on Tuesday for outside Pella.

Orders leave us within 1-3 business days and delivery is made according to the times given by ACS (detailed in the table below).
Saturdays & Sundays and holidays no shipments / processing and deliveries of orders are made.

Upon completion of your order, you will automatically receive an email informing you of its registration, which will include all the details of your order.

You can track the progress of your package through our site simply by logging in to MY ACCOUNT and clicking on view on your respective order.
