You have the right to return the products you purchased within 7 days from the date of receipt. You can exchange with another product, refund or issue a credit voucher. If the safety cover of the products is opened, their return is not accepted.
Products should be checked upon receipt if they are in good condition for any damage during transit.
Change with Box Now
- Choose the Locker that serves you (to see the available lockers click here: https:// lockers.boxnow.gr/)
- Type the ten-digit parcel id on the screen – which you can find either on the voucher or in the email/viber/sms you received from Box Now.
- Place the package inside the box
- Close the box
If you wish to exchange the product for another, the return costs (€2.00) as well as the costs of the new shipment (€4.00) are charged to you.
In case you want a refund, for an order you received with BOX NOW, you will be charged €4.00 shipping costs
In case you received your order by Courier and wish to return your product with BOX NOW, the charges of each Courier apply and you can find the nearest box next to you, so that you can complete the shipment to us easily and quickly.
Change with ACS Courier
If you wish to exchange the product for another, the return costs (€5.58) as well as the costs of the new shipment (€5.58) are charged to you.
If you want a refund, the return costs (€5.58) will be charged to you.
The refund amount will be deposited into your account within 10 working days.
If you wish to issue a credit coupon, you will be sent an email with the coupon with the amount of the refunded money and with the costs of the return (€5.58) to be borne by you.
The return fee (€5.58) only applies if you choose to make your return via ACS
It also applies to returns that were received with BOX NOW with return costs of €5.58
Conditions
There are two alternatives if you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased, either a refund or a credit voucher.
Products must be returned within 7 days or the product return may be refused. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The product return must contain the retail receipt.
A necessary condition is that the products are in the original condition in which you received them.
The acceptance or non-acceptance of the return will be done after a quality control by our company.
Return Procedure
- Send us an informative email at info@kasosorganics.gr.
- If you wish to exchange with other products, make a new order and mention in the comments that it is intended for exchange.
- You send us the package with the products in the same condition in which you received them and accompanied by the retail receipt.
- If there is no problem with the product, we will promptly replace it, refund your money or issue a credit voucher.
Note
To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that upon receipt of the package, you look on the outside of the package for any alterations or obvious defects inside it and on the products. In the event that a product is returned and after our quality control is found to be defective, we will contact you.
You can make your return with any courier company at your own risk and charge.
In case of an error by the company or sending a defective product, the shipping costs are borne by the company.
